So, to get the legalese out of the way: Tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only. It does not take the place of medical, legal, financial, or mental services, so please seek help from a professional in those fields if needed.

We treat all clients with the equal respect. Please read more about Our Beliefs to better understand the principles that govern our work. Also note that we expect to be treated with that same respect by our clients.
You have full agency in a reading. This means that you have the right to end the reading and leave at any time. You have the right to share only what you choose to share and are not required to provide any personal information during this reading.
The Reader also has full agency in a reading. If you are rude, violent, offensive, creepy, or in any other way disrespectful, we reserve the right to immediately end the reading and ban you from future sessions or other work with us. We have the right to not read on specific questions, but will work with you to rephrase them in a way that is appropriate.

We do not conduct 3rd-party readings. Do not ask about what other people will or won't do, what their intentions are, or how they will react. Do not bring in questions from your brother's mother's cousin's dog-walker's best friend. If they want a reading, they can book their own.

We do not retain details of your reading. You are welcome and encouraged to take notes during a reading. Please bring a notebook and writing instrument.

We will keep the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings confidential, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.
We are here to serve the best interests of our clients. This means we will conduct this reading without intending to cause harm. We work to deliver information in a way that is empathetic without being enabling, however you may not hear what you were wanting to hear. It is best to come in without expectations on the reading.

FAQs
What if I don't know anything about tarot or astrology?
That's fine! You don't need to be a tarot reader or astrologer to come for a reading. The cards and cosmos serve as portals to deeper reflection and discussions, not as divination tools. In other words, it's okay if "the woo is not for you", but it is the basis for this session, so decide if that is a good fit for you.
What if I prefer to have an in-person reading?
Then we are not the reader for you. Our readings are done live, but virtually over Zoom. There are very rare special events such as corporate or private parties, galas, or markets where we offer in-person readings, but this is not the norm.
However, if you are interested in booking our services for a special event or private party, please reach out! We would love to have that discussion and see if we can accommodate your request.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds for any of our services, including readings.
